Alliance Defending Freedom puts the lives of LGBTQ people, women, and young people at risk with their hateful agenda. They seek to impose their extreme views on all Americans, justified by a distorted view on religious freedom where religious dogma trumps civil rights law.
They have represented school districts that discriminate against transgender students, fought in court and drafted “religious liberty” legislation that would allow public businesses to deny service to LGBTQ people, and worked with the Trump administration and in the courts to allow employers to deny reproductive healthcare for women.
